Founded in 2009, the patented Grillstream technology was created by two British Engineers. It features a unique 'double grill' design which would help prevent fat dripping down onto the burner. On standard barbecues this would cause the item to 'flare-up', resulting in the outside of your product becoming burnt. This allows your food to become more packed with BBQ flavour, as the juice is allowed to evaporate, basting your food.
This also allows for the product to be cleaned easier as the fat streams the second grill down in a fat cup, which is a fantastic bonus as some barbecues can be difficult to fully clean after a long sunny evening of entertaining. Any other fat residue can be cleaned away from the top grill with a brush.
