Finished in a contemporary matt grey finish, the Classic Plus 4 Burner Barbecue by Grillstream is a must-have for any garden party. It's double-skinned hood features a built-in thermometer and there are back-lights to the LED knobs to ensure easier control of your cooking. The BBQ includes a griddle plate, bottle opener and storage cabinet, so that you have everything you need.
Equipped with the ability to cook with gas or charcoal, giving you the option to BBQ your food in different ways, depending on what kind of taste or style you prefer. The included charcoal trays sit on top of the burners which can be loaded with briquettes. The gas burners are then used to ignite the charcoal, so no need for dangerous lighter fluid.
When the charcoal runs out you can simply re-fill them or alternatively continue to cook using gas. In either case, the grill system works with both fuel systems, allowing the fat to run away from the burners, helping to keep them clean and avoiding any flare-ups during cooking.
The Jet Flame ignition is independent and there's a removable fat cut for simple cleaning when the cooking's over. Lockable castors hold the BBQ firmly in place whilst allowing simple manoeuvrability. It's warming rack is made from stainless steel for a strong and durable design.
The barbecue works well and I would recommend it.
My only two small beefs with it are that even though it has a huge storage space you are not allowed to put the gas bottle in it which is a bummer; and the second thing is that the side tables are not foldable or at least the one that doesn’t have the built in burner is not. As is it takes a lot of space when in storage.

Overall impressed with the quality of the Grillstream Hybrid 4 burner BBQ. I loved how easy it was to build. they have don’t all the hard bits for you, so you are just required to build the base and add the shelves on and then connect the gas connections. the main body of the BBQ is already in one piece, meaning it took roughly 30 mins to put together. First time cooking on the BBQ was great, I was using charcoal and the food tasted great and not a single burn, just some char and flavour :).
My only quibble over the BBQ is the size of the solid griddle that comes with the grill plates. It takes up 2/3rds of the grilling surface (which wasn’t clear in the images etc.) you get 3 double grilling sections / plates, two of which are dominated by the large griddle circle. This means that realistically you only have 1/3rd to cook over an open flame and the other 2/3rds is upon the solid griddle. I am currently trying to source some replacement cast iron grill plates so I can remove the circle griddle completely and have three sections that are the same, allowing me to cook on open flame across the entire BBQ surface. I have uploaded an image for reference, but i am aware that this quibble is completely personal but wanted to let others know in case they couldn’t tell from the images (like me). Note: I am currently unsure if it is possible to order replacement grills, nor how much it may cost me.
As I say, overall, I recommend the product and I can’t wait to continue producing some great food on it :D.

Having owned many Gas BBQ's of this size the majority have either rusted away internally or the heat distribution has been dreadful which isn't great when cooking for a party as you're constantly shuffling food on the grill.
I spent a lot of time researching a replacement and can highly recommend The Grillstream Classic 4 burner. Really solid, great even heat distribution plus the added benefit of being able to use charcoal briquettes but get the gas to light them. Great idea!

When will I receive my order?
Delivery Estimates are in working days, and the estimated delivery time for each product is shown above the ‘add to basket’ button on the product page.
Deliveries are mostly prearranged directly with yourself within a few days of placing an order; being booked in directly with a member of the delivery team/carriers. This can help to confirm a working delivery date which is best for you. When ordering, please provide an active mobile phone number to help delivery to be promptly booked in, and to ensure that there is no delay in receiving your order.
Please note, that some smaller items which can be posted or go via small carrier may be dispatched immediately, without contacting you first. If you have any doubts over your order status please contact us.
Will I receive a timeslot for my delivery?
As we use a wide range of carriers for delivery, you may not receive a time slot for your order. With most orders, you would be contacted first to arrange a delivery date, so you know in advance what day delivery has been booked in for. If you know you won’t be available for your pre-arranged day of delivery, please let us know in advance and we can pass this on to the carriers to investigate the possibility of your delivery being left with a neighbour or in a safe place.
Can I choose a specific delivery date within the estimated delivery dates?
Delivery Lead Times are Estimates; if you’re looking to receive a product by or on a certain date, please contact our customer service team before ordering for help and advice.
Is express delivery available?
There may be occasions where we can dispatch items sooner, should there be space available on a delivery run. If you are looking to receive a product sooner than the estimated delivery lead time, please contact us and we can see check delivery availability to see if this is possible.
Some smaller products are applicable for next day delivery. This will be shown in the stock message on the product page, and at stage three of checkout.
If you no longer require an item or if it just isn’t for you, you can return any product(s) as a change of mind within 14 days of receipt of the good(s). This is assuming that the good(s) are unused, in the original packaging, and in the original resaleable condition. Simply contact us at sales@gardenstreet.co.uk for the return address of any items you wish to return.
Please note that perishable goods (such as turf and bulk bags of soil), and made to measure items (Burbage Fencing/Gates/Railings etc) are excluded from return.
