Do you need planning permission for Garden Structures?
This depends on your local area and local council. Some areas, such as those of special scientific interest, may need planning permission if other a certain height threshold or not in-fitting with the style of your local ward. As a rule of thumb items over 2.5m do need planning permission, although this is dependent.
