Who are we?
We are Garden Street, although you may at times see us referred to as ‘Alexandra Retail Limited’ (which is our formal company name). We’ve been retailing garden products in the UK since 2008, and have a Cheshire showroom and Customer Service Centre.

If you make a purchase from us, your credit/debit card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. These details are not held by ourselves.

We collect your personal data where appropriate, to ensure that you receive a high level of service in fulfilling your order. For example, we collect your delivery address so that we can deliver your order, your phone number to arrange delivery, and email address for your order confirmation.
How will it be used and who will it be shared with?
Your personal data will be used for processing and fulfilling your order, personalise/enhance your use of the website, and post offers of other products and services we offer to you.

Example: When processing your order, we may pass on your contact number to the carriers to call you to arrange delivery. We may also pass your delivery address to external carriers to ensure your order is delivered to correct address
We do not pass any personal data on to third parties for purposes other than fulfilling your order.
Will I be contacted via my personal data?
We may use your personal data to help fulfil your order. For example, we would need your delivery address to know where to send your order to. We also may need your contact number to call you should we need to arrange a delivery date with you.
From time to time, we would like to contact you with special offers, competitions, and our latest news. You can opt in to receive marketing information, and should you no longer wish to receive marketing information, we can remove you from our subscriber list.
Can I request that my personal data is deleted?
We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as necessary. You can request that we remove identifiable information that we hold against you.
