Very disappointed with the product. Contacted Garden Store before purchase to ask if slats retracted for storage in the winter. Particularly concerned about this as we live in a particularly windy area. Was assured by a member of staff that the slats did indeed retract for storage. Item was purchased on this basis. Paid for item to be constructed and installed. Left the contractors to it and on returning home was told that the slats were in fact fixed and would not retract. In addition, only 1 fixing bolt was supplied for each foot of the structure. Phoned company to complain and was told the only redress was for the item to be returned which we would be charged for!! This was after 3 phone calls to the company. All in all not a positive experience and we would not use or recommend this product or supply company.

The Pandora Leaf 3m X 3m gazebo is great. The build quality is very good and has really enhanced our outdoor lounge, all our visitors have commented how nice it is.
With the roof panels fully closed, it will keep a light shower out, heavier rain will penetrate the panels, so I tend to leave them slightly tilted. This allows the rain to run off and if it's windy, the panels will adjust to spill the wind. We have had stormy weather this week, gusting winds to 43mph, everything is ok, it's fixed with 8x100mm bolts through the 600x600mm patio slabs.
I will remove the roof panels in September, for the winter and store them in my garage until late April.
We'll add some lighting next year.
Overall I'm really pleased with the gazebo and the service from GardenStreet.

It's up and creates the perfect finish to our outdoor lounge. There is a bit of movement to the structure, but that's because of the design with the tilting panels, which are not intended to provide lateral rigidity, that you might get with a cross braced roof of a more traditional design.
The build quality is good, no issues with any alignment of fixings etc. The tilting mechanism works very well and will make it easy to wash down when necessary. I'm pleased with the quality and value for money. Hope the warm weather comes back soon.

Great product although when raining it doesn’t keep the rain out because the roof slats don’t meet perfectly. It would also be good if sides were available to purchase

Love it! Just what I needed!
I was in the market for a gazebo but didn’t want one that would look cheap and flimsy, this one is perfect solid and great finish!

When will I receive my order?
Delivery Estimates are in working days, and the estimated delivery time for each product is shown above the ‘add to basket’ button on the product page.
Deliveries are mostly prearranged directly with yourself within a few days of placing an order; being booked in directly with a member of the delivery team/carriers. This can help to confirm a working delivery date which is best for you. When ordering, please provide an active mobile phone number to help delivery to be promptly booked in, and to ensure that there is no delay in receiving your order.
Please note, that some smaller items which can be posted or go via small carrier may be dispatched immediately, without contacting you first. If you have any doubts over your order status please contact us.
Will I receive a timeslot for my delivery?
As we use a wide range of carriers for delivery, you may not receive a time slot for your order. With most orders, you would be contacted first to arrange a delivery date, so you know in advance what day delivery has been booked in for. If you know you won’t be available for your pre-arranged day of delivery, please let us know in advance and we can pass this on to the carriers to investigate the possibility of your delivery being left with a neighbour or in a safe place.
Can I choose a specific delivery date within the estimated delivery dates?
Delivery Lead Times are Estimates; if you’re looking to receive a product by or on a certain date, please contact our customer service team before ordering for help and advice.
Is express delivery available?
There may be occasions where we can dispatch items sooner, should there be space available on a delivery run. If you are looking to receive a product sooner than the estimated delivery lead time, please contact us and we can see check delivery availability to see if this is possible.
Some smaller products are applicable for next day delivery. This will be shown in the stock message on the product page, and at stage three of checkout.
If you no longer require an item or if it just isn’t for you, you can return any product(s) as a change of mind within 14 days of receipt of the good(s). This is assuming that the good(s) are unused, in the original packaging, and in the original resaleable condition. Simply contact us at sales@gardenstreet.co.uk for the return address of any items you wish to return.
Please note that perishable goods (such as turf and bulk bags of soil), and made to measure items (Burbage Fencing/Gates/Railings etc) are excluded from return.
