I’ve had my Churnet 3 seater Arbour for a couple of months but it has only recently been built as I was having a patio at the end of the garden for where the Arbour was going to be.
I had two workmen who were doing my patio to put it together and they didn’t seem to have any problems.
It is very sturdy and exactly as I imagined. Really pleased with it.

The arbour was easier to assemple than I was expecting, but you must have an electric screwdriver as the screws are long!
If you are planning to paint your arbour do so before assembly as it is difficult to paint the rear trellis and slats once assembled and is very noticable if you dont paint them.
Only critisim of the arbour is the screws on the rest arms. the wood around them can cause splinters and is not easy to sand down. I would also suggest getting a cushion as can become uncomfortable if sitting for a while.
Having said all the above, love the arbour and have already enjoyed many glasses of wine sat on it.

Enjoy the great outdoors
We ordered the Churnet Valley 3 Seater Trellis Arbour from Garden Street Co after several weeks of looking at different Arbours. We really liked the chosen one and the price was affordable too. It was delivered within the 10 days so very pleased. Our delivery people Simarco were very helpful too when i spoke to them to arrange delivery they even sent photos of what to expect so we could gauge the size I think the company source depending where you are located and we took everything off the pallet with the help of the driver . This just saved us having to get rid of the pallet after.
Our delivery arrived on a half pallet with the roof and seat being ready assembled and the backing trellis and 2 side panels and a wooden bar. a bag of screws and instructions. Very excited we took all our parts through and looked at each other 'where to begin'. So looked at the instructions ticked off everything we should have received only the wooden bar didn't appear anywhere on the details and is actually as we found out a bit later a very important part of the construction as it gives support to the structure.
As we spent some time contemplating where this part went we turned to trusty UTube and found for this particular model if you look up Arbour Assembly C104 you will see that the man on there is putting together the very same design Arbour on his own. Please also note he stands at least a head above the structure when he stands in front of it. This will be handy to know when placing the roof on. It took three of us only because of the height issue.
All went together really easily once we had looked at the all the instructions on the paper and utube .
We decided to paint ours even though the wood had been treated but that was only our personal preference.
Really pleased with the final result and look forward to many years of enjoying sitting in the garden.

The arbour itself is lovely - well made and sturdy. The item arrived undamaged and securely packaged on a pallet.
The one issue was the delivery timescale. The estimated 10 days came and went and after numerous calls to Garden Street it eventually arrived 10 days later. This was put down to an error when processing the order by Garden Street.
The arbour is worth the money but not so god if you're in a hurry to receive it.

When will I receive my order?
Delivery Estimates are in working days, and the estimated delivery time for each product is shown above the ‘add to basket’ button on the product page.
Deliveries are mostly prearranged directly with yourself within a few days of placing an order; being booked in directly with a member of the delivery team/carriers. This can help to confirm a working delivery date which is best for you. When ordering, please provide an active mobile phone number to help delivery to be promptly booked in, and to ensure that there is no delay in receiving your order.
Please note, that some smaller items which can be posted or go via small carrier may be dispatched immediately, without contacting you first. If you have any doubts over your order status please contact us.
Will I receive a timeslot for my delivery?
As we use a wide range of carriers for delivery, you may not receive a time slot for your order. With most orders, you would be contacted first to arrange a delivery date, so you know in advance what day delivery has been booked in for. If you know you won’t be available for your pre-arranged day of delivery, please let us know in advance and we can pass this on to the carriers to investigate the possibility of your delivery being left with a neighbour or in a safe place.
Can I choose a specific delivery date within the estimated delivery dates?
Delivery Lead Times are Estimates; if you’re looking to receive a product by or on a certain date, please contact our customer service team before ordering for help and advice.
Is express delivery available?
There may be occasions where we can dispatch items sooner, should there be space available on a delivery run. If you are looking to receive a product sooner than the estimated delivery lead time, please contact us and we can see check delivery availability to see if this is possible.
Some smaller products are applicable for next day delivery. This will be shown in the stock message on the product page, and at stage three of checkout.
If you no longer require an item or if it just isn’t for you, you can return any product(s) as a change of mind within 14 days of receipt of the good(s). This is assuming that the good(s) are unused, in the original packaging, and in the original resaleable condition. Simply contact us at sales@gardenstreet.co.uk for the return address of any items you wish to return.
Please note that perishable goods (such as turf and bulk bags of soil), and made to measure items (Burbage Fencing/Gates/Railings etc) are excluded from return.
