The Clementine Corner Arbour was a great buy. Price was reasonable and it looks good too. The assembly instructions leave a little to be desired but we got there in the end.

The arbour arrived a little early on the scheduled day, about 2:30 in the afternoon. By six o'clock I had all but assembled the kit with the help of the on-line video. It helps to be able to pause and rewind the video, and it is worth noting that without this visual assistance, as others have stated, the accompanying instructions are not helpful. This doesn't detract from the quality of the product, and visitors have commented favourably. The price is very competitive compared with other products on the market, and all-in-all, we have been very pleased with the arbour.

The item was as expected, very happy with the Arbour. However the delivery company used to drop off the Arbour were terrible. Leaving the item on a pallet in our street and not delivering onto my driveway as requested to the driver. I had to leave work during my shift drive 25 mile round trip to move the Arbour then go back to work. It was a windy day and as you know the Arbour is stacked quite high on the pallet making it a hazard to anyone passing or cars driving past. Not a satisfactory service.

This is a beautiful piece of garden furniture. It is well made, has a solid structure and has added an interesting seating corner to our garden .
However, without the use of you tube video it would have been impossible to erect with the enclosed vet poor instructions alone.

Printed instructions were not worth the paper they been photocopied on. Very feint but also extremely light on details. 2 A4 pages to cover this was rubbish. Thank goodness I managed to find a YouTube video

Great product and value for money, solid once constructed. Completely agree the instructions are terrible they actually look like screen shots of the You tube video. I managed to build it until it came to the roof and was completely stumped and then found the video.

This Corner Arbour is very well constructed, it is solid and when assembled looks superb. Delivery is well tracked and the whole kit comes on one large pallet. I would have given it 5 stars but the instructions are almost useless - a photocopied sheet of very poor photographs with no explanation at all. Saved only by finding a video on YouTube made by the manufacturer which was the only way we were able to assemble the kit. (https://youtu.be/Wlg6gn9Mntg)

Very pleased with the arbour which catches the late afternoon sunshine an just right to relax with a G&T!
My only criticism is the TERRIBLE assembly instructions! The illustrations are illegible as they are copies of copies of copies.

Well built with good materials. The included instructions were blurred and incomplete so I needed to go to the manufacturer's site and found a link to a YouTube video that explained the process.

Quick delivery direct from manufacturers, well constructed came together well but did take longer than anticipated. You do need to be a confident DIY builder, this is not a beginners project.

When will I receive my order?
Delivery Estimates are in working days, and the estimated delivery time for each product is shown above the ‘add to basket’ button on the product page.
Deliveries are mostly prearranged directly with yourself within a few days of placing an order; being booked in directly with a member of the delivery team/carriers. This can help to confirm a working delivery date which is best for you. When ordering, please provide an active mobile phone number to help delivery to be promptly booked in, and to ensure that there is no delay in receiving your order.
Please note, that some smaller items which can be posted or go via small carrier may be dispatched immediately, without contacting you first. If you have any doubts over your order status please contact us.
Will I receive a timeslot for my delivery?
As we use a wide range of carriers for delivery, you may not receive a time slot for your order. With most orders, you would be contacted first to arrange a delivery date, so you know in advance what day delivery has been booked in for. If you know you won’t be available for your pre-arranged day of delivery, please let us know in advance and we can pass this on to the carriers to investigate the possibility of your delivery being left with a neighbour or in a safe place.
Can I choose a specific delivery date within the estimated delivery dates?
Delivery Lead Times are Estimates; if you’re looking to receive a product by or on a certain date, please contact our customer service team before ordering for help and advice.
Is express delivery available?
There may be occasions where we can dispatch items sooner, should there be space available on a delivery run. If you are looking to receive a product sooner than the estimated delivery lead time, please contact us and we can see check delivery availability to see if this is possible.
Some smaller products are applicable for next day delivery. This will be shown in the stock message on the product page, and at stage three of checkout.
If you no longer require an item or if it just isn’t for you, you can return any product(s) as a change of mind within 14 days of receipt of the good(s). This is assuming that the good(s) are unused, in the original packaging, and in the original resaleable condition. Simply contact us at sales@gardenstreet.co.uk for the return address of any items you wish to return.
Please note that perishable goods (such as turf and bulk bags of soil), and made to measure items (Burbage Fencing/Gates/Railings etc) are excluded from return.
