Delivered promptly, could have been slightly better packaged as the outer box was damaged which caused a small dent in one of the panels.
Had it installed at daughters house by builders who were on sight, they found it easy to fit and were impressed with the quality. It has fitted into a corner at the back of the house and looks great. Covers the patio doors and now has a bisto set and heater under it. Great buy.

I have the grey and it looks fantastic over our patio. the instructions for putting it together are good, everything is numbered. It will need someone who knows what they are doing because this does extend your house. The only issue I have had is in high winds it rattles a little bit and I need to decide what to put on the end of the gutters.
Overall highly recomended

So delighted with this canopy. It is extremely sturdy and well made and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. My husband and I managed to put it up in one day, a little longer than some due to our walls not being straight! The price from Garden Street was the best we could find after some extensive comparisons and delivery was within 10 days which was perfect. The only slight criticism is that there are no down pipes supplied with the canopy however these are easy enough to source. Overall, a fabulous purchase that we will enjoy for many years and have already recommended to envious friends and neighbours.

As this is a good price, I was expecting it to be a much inferior quality. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with everything about this. As an engineer, I can tell you that It's very well made and designed. I found it very easy to instal. The only difficult phase I had, was to get the wall plate straight and level as my wall isn't. Nothing to do with the Patio Cover. I would recommend buying this to anyone.

I bought 3 of these Patio Covers to fit together to cover our 11 Mtr. x 3 Mtr. Patio. I am getting on in years (71) and managed to erect the 3 units without any help but it would be easier and safer with some help. I am delighted with the end result as is my wife ! Several friends have visited since it has been finished and they all loved it. As my wife is immunosuppressed we can now more safely entertain our friends outdoors.

Great product for the price, relatively simple to assemble, although a couple of areas I had to drill or elongate the odd hole. Overall no real issues, solid construction.

Minor complaint, it would be good if palram supplied a downpipe kit for the gutters (50mm stuff works great but could not get in anthracite).

All in all, very impressed and a reasonable price.

Really pleased with our Sierra patio cover. It looks amazing and is just what we wanted to shelter us from rain when we use our bbq or pizza oven! It took 3 of us all day to put up but we are in no way diy experts! The hardest part was drilling into our stone patio slabs to anchor it down. It was amazingly good value compared to quotes we had from company’s who fit and supply patio covers and in our opinion looks just as good. Everything was labelled brilliantly and went together perfectly. Certainly a quality product!

Only criticism is on aftersales service with Palram Applications themselves. I wanted advice on adding an additional part side screen. No response received at all via Palram's customer service contact system on their website.

I placed an order on 28.09.20. On checking around 16 days later for an update on delivery. I was advised this would be looked into and I would receive an update. I received an email on 21.10.20 stating-
Unfortunately it appears this order was not picked for delivery due to a stock allocation issue which resulted in no stock to pick. Our apologies for this as we were not advised that your order had any issues.

This item is currently out of stock, and we don't currently have a restocking date for this item, although we are hoping to have this item back in stock this year. Should you wish to proceed with the order we would ensure it is sent out ASAP once back in stock.

Alternatively, due to this error, should you no longer wish to proceed with this order we can cancel this for a full refund.

I love this elegant looking canopy in my garden. It’s every bit as good as I had hoped and the product well made. Perhaps you could offer installation also as it cost a fortune for my builder to put it up. Nevertheless it’s a really lovely and useful addition to my garden.

Good quality and very well made. Not altogether convinced that the gutter will take all the water during a prolonged rain storm but will have to wait for it to rain to find out. Maybe adjustable supports may make the angle of the drop easier to manage.

Finally got this assembled in my tiny courtyard. It's brilliant - not obtrusive but stylish and pleasing to the eye. My builder commented several times on the excellent quality as so often you order something and it is flimsy - not this one. The panels let the light through. Highly recommended.

Great quality
Put up 95% on my own with a little help here and there to steady things. The instructions for a single shelter are fine but could be clearer if linking 2 or more. I have the 2.3x4.6m grey version. Could do with a dedicated instruction booklet for each variation as would make things a lot easier.

Overall really pleased with it and would highly recommend.

We love our new Palram Sierra Patio Cover!
We wanted something that looked good, that was great quality at a great price...the Palram Sierra is all of those things and more!
The instruction booklet at first looks a bit daunting but once you realise its in lots of different languages, its not so bad.
Once its up, it looks fabulous!
Really pleased with the quality and love the grey colour we chose too...the clear poly carbonate panels let lots of light through but keep all the rain off.
We had to add a 50mm downpipe to the guttering as when it rains it was gushing out and rather noisy....would be something worth adding to the cover in future as I think it needs it.
That's definitely not a negative as a quick trip to B&Q and it was sorted but worth a mention, other than that we are very happy with our purchase and would recommend this cover 100%.

If your considering buying a patio cover then this is the one. I have endlessly searched the internet and garden centres for a suitable product. The Palram sierra patio cover is in my opinion the best. Not only is the build quality excellent but the price is very competitive. It looks stunning on the back of my house and I have had plenty of compliments on how great it looks. I am very happy with the product it's easy to install for someone with basic diy skills easy to follow instructions and is enjoyable to put together as previously mentioned the build quality is excellent and all fixing and holes matched up perfectly.

The Cover is much better then on the photo! All is included (even wall fixings!) and it is a very good quality. Manual is easy, but as it has all many languages printed it's a bit confusing at start (start from the end - pictures). It can be easily done by anyone, so there is no need for assembly service. Most difficult part is to fix the beam on the wall - no tolerance for holes so rush is not good in here and all has to be done of the ladder! If fixing to the wood (as in my case) no work on the bottom end. Points to consider:
1) You need 3m clearance at the front to slide in panels. It can be overcome by alternative fixing to beams/panels but its not covered in manual. In this case you need another person to hold the panel as beam is fixed into position.
2) Guttering could have been engineered better as it discharges water to the front making a mess as a lot of water comes from that roof! To make things worse, it's not a standard diameter on the outlet, so you won't find matching gutters/pipes. It works best with 32mm push-fit connector to connect with a cable tie to hold in place - far from simple.

The cover looks very streamlined and feels sturdy. I was concerned about the panels making a noise in the wind but so far (two days) they seem to hold firm.

Unfortunately during a downpour the day after installation the guttering did not work properly and the water came pouring out of the guttering at the side instead of flowing down to the down pipe. Also the water came down between the outside wall of the house and the cover.

A friend has a similar canopy but paid significantly more (approx. three times the amount) and yet I believe this looks just as good.
