The Berkeley Awning from Greenhurst is a robust lightweight design that is easy to set up and will help to extend your home into your garden. The awning provides simple yet effective cover from sun and showers which will allow you to relax and enjoy your surroundings under shelter.
Simple to use, the awning winches in and out effortlessly. The awning can also be easily removed from its brackets for winter storage. The Berkeley Awning is also available in a choice of three sizes to suit a variety of patio areas.
We are very happy with our Greenhurst Awning. Good value for money and solves a sun problem for 3 months a year. Straightforward to install but does take time.
Pleased with Garden Street they were very helpful and conversant with their products.
Our initial delivery arrived damaged with brackets missing. However it was immediately resolved via Joan
I would not hesitate to use this company again and I advised my friend to buy her awning from them which she did.

This has now been up a few weeks. It took no effort to actually put it up. A little more care was needed to ensure the mounting brackets would be drilled into brick, but once all the measuring was done , fitting the brackets was just four bolts with one on each to hold the awning to the wall that took less than five minutes. Once on the wall we wound it out and levelled it with the built in level in a couple of minutes. It looks good and works well

Great awning that was easy to fit (2 people required) and is great quality and once up looks fantastic. Once up I needed to make some adjustments to get it straight and level which was easy to do and it helps that there is a built in spirit level to help do this. Took us about 30mins to put up and any competent DIYer can do it. Would highly recommend!!!

Despite showing In Stock on the website, this item was in fact out of stock. Garden street did not inform me of this until I rang to complain my order had not arrived after 6 working days. Even then they said they didn't know where it was and they would chase it up with the delivery people. Clearly this was not true as the next day I received an email apology saying it was out of stock and would I like to wait to wait a month for more stock or have a refund. I requested a full refund and this was promptly given, so all credit there, but very poor communication initially.

When will I receive my order?
Delivery Estimates are in working days, and the estimated delivery time for each product is shown above the ‘add to basket’ button on the product page.
Deliveries are mostly prearranged directly with yourself within a few days of placing an order; being booked in directly with a member of the delivery team/carriers. This can help to confirm a working delivery date which is best for you. When ordering, please provide an active mobile phone number to help delivery to be promptly booked in, and to ensure that there is no delay in receiving your order.
Please note, that some smaller items which can be posted or go via small carrier may be dispatched immediately, without contacting you first. If you have any doubts over your order status please contact us.
Will I receive a timeslot for my delivery?
As we use a wide range of carriers for delivery, you may not receive a time slot for your order. With most orders, you would be contacted first to arrange a delivery date, so you know in advance what day delivery has been booked in for. If you know you won’t be available for your pre-arranged day of delivery, please let us know in advance and we can pass this on to the carriers to investigate the possibility of your delivery being left with a neighbour or in a safe place.
Can I choose a specific delivery date within the estimated delivery dates?
Delivery Lead Times are Estimates; if you’re looking to receive a product by or on a certain date, please contact our customer service team before ordering for help and advice.
Is express delivery available?
There may be occasions where we can dispatch items sooner, should there be space available on a delivery run. If you are looking to receive a product sooner than the estimated delivery lead time, please contact us and we can see check delivery availability to see if this is possible.
Some smaller products are applicable for next day delivery. This will be shown in the stock message on the product page, and at stage three of checkout.
If you no longer require an item or if it just isn’t for you, you can return any product(s) as a change of mind within 14 days of receipt of the good(s). This is assuming that the good(s) are unused, in the original packaging, and in the original resaleable condition. Simply contact us at sales@gardenstreet.co.uk for the return address of any items you wish to return.
Please note that perishable goods (such as turf and bulk bags of soil), and made to measure items (Burbage Fencing/Gates/Railings etc) are excluded from return.
