Why Choose a Sunroom?

As well as provided an excellent place to enjoy the weather, sun rooms and conservatories may even help to put further value onto your house by extending living space. They are quick and easy to assembly compared to brick extensions, and allow light to flood into the interior with their designs. Many of our sunrooms and verandas even come with a 10 year manufacturers limited warranty for added quality assurance. The SanRemo is available now.

Do you need Planning Permission for a Garden Building?

This depends on your local authority or council, and can vary from area to area. There is no fixed answer, as where you may be allowed to put a sun-room up without any permission, a neighbour may need permission to put one up. For example, areas of Special Scientific Interest or protected conversation areas may divide a street, but those areas may also require additional planning before putting a building up.

As a general rule, most building under 2.5m generally don't need planning permission, but be sure to check with your local authority.
