1st April Update:

Unfortunately, due to the unprecedented number of enquiries we are currently receiving, we may be unable to answer your call at present. Please either leave a voicemail or send us an email and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as we can (usually within 48 hours). Orders remain unaffected and are being despatched with limited delays.

23rd March Update:

Following UK Government feedback on 23rd March encouraging Online Retail & Deliveries, we can confirm that we are operating as normal and dispatching goods as usual.

Due to the unfolding situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to keep you updated and assure you that we continue to be operational and able to process and dispatch orders with limited disruption. Our customer service team are also on hand to help with any queries you may have.

We would also like to take this opportunity to inform you on the actions that we are taking to protect and ensure the safety of our customers, whilst continuing to provide a functioning home delivery service. 

We are now minimising the contact between delivery drivers and our customers.  This includes contactless deliveries, kerbside deliveries, and delivery assistance for those who are in isolation.

We will of course continue to follow and monitor the official guidance from the UK Government, Public Health England and Local Authorities, as this continues to be a fluid situation.
